Gulliver's Cottage in Frinton-On-Sea

Positive: Gulliver’s Cottage is in a great location. We arrived by train and could easily walk to the property. Close to high street with a nice walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. The kids loved the double bunk beds.

20/10 Positive: We would give this properly 20/10 if possible. It was the highlight of our whole trip. The cottage was immaculate and every tiny detail was thought out (even a high chair, cutlery and plates for our toddler). It was truly a home away from home. We would stay here again any time we possibly could. Negative: Absolute nothing to not like.

Great location with garden and parking. Positive: Location, close to railway station, buses and shops. Negative: No teapot!

Overall, the accommodation was very good and located in an ideal location. Positive: Good location, not too far from the shopping area and beach; about a 10 minute walk. Great dog friendly area and dog friendly cafes on the high street with lots of shops to cater for all. Next door neighbours were very friendly. Good off-road parking space for a large car. Good enclosed garden, ideal for the dog. Good central heating which was a blessing as it was very cold outside! Overall, the accommodation was very good. Negative: More information about the TV would have been useful: there were 2 remotes, but only one seemed to work and no other equipment visible for the other one! Information about the dish-washer would have been useful. The dish washer was not working and gave an E09 code! Having goggled this it appears that the heater element is not working and would her to be replaced.
