Sherrington Cottage 1 min to Frinton Beach & shops

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay in the cottage, the pictures certainly do no justice to the place. The place is spacious, clean and felt like a home away from home. It is literally a 2 mins away from the beach, so with 3 small children and an elderly parent, this cottage was in the perfect location for us. The host was lovely and very accomodating to our needs. It is definitely a place we will come to every summer.

We were disappointed as the cottage did not live up to the photos or the description. Positive: The location was great for the beach and shops. Negative: The property description is incorrect. There is no reading room and only 2 toilets not three as described. Two of the three bedrooms had broken blinds.The place was dirty, general condition was shabby and one of the towels provided had paint on.
