Modern large 3-bed coastal flat with parking.

Positive: The location was great, and although on the high street it wasn't too noisy till morning. Negative: I personally found the steep stairs to the apartment a challenge. The main bed also slipped outwards so we were often in danger of landing in the floor.

Perfect just what we needed and will definitely book same place again and bring family as there was Positive: Location was perfect, very spacious rooms and very clean plus there was car parking, host replied promptly to us as well Negative: Internet buffering sometimes but probably due to the weather, stairs to property are steep but didnt cause us any issues

Great location easy walk to frinton train station if you want to visit Colchester and London. Positive: Plenty of room for a large family. Clean and tidy. Lots of games for kids and adults to have fun. Negative: Some large size pans would have been handy when cooking for 6 people.

Positive: Beautiful location walking distance to beach. The rooms were cozy and rooms were getting Beautiful sunlight. The kitchen was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay with kids. Negative: The stairs are the challenging part if someone has mobility issue. Except no issue.

Beautiful big classy apartment Positive: Very kind host, very responsive, the house had all the equipment and accessories needed to cook and live in it. Many games and books for kids, very good heating (important in the winter!). Even some nice shortbread as a gift. Negative: One bed was a bit sliding on one side, but it's a minor issue. No garden, but nice location close to shops.
