Modern large 3-bed coastal flat with parking.

Beautiful big classy apartment Positive: Very kind host, very responsive, the house had all the equipment and accessories needed to cook and live in it. Many games and books for kids, very good heating (important in the winter!). Even some nice shortbread as a gift. Negative: One bed was a bit sliding on one side, but it's a minor issue. No garden, but nice location close to shops.

Fantastic time with family. Flat was in perfect position. Positive: The location and it was very spacious and clean. Negative: The steps were very steep concrete steps. Parts had no hand rails. It would also benefit from a dishwasher and locks on bathroom and toilet doors.

Great place to stay but be aware of the stairs Positive: Beautiful apartment with everything provided. Very spacious, light and airy. Really lovely in nearly all aspects. Amazing kitchen. Great facilities. Great position at centre of high street. Negative: The downside is the access stairs. Very steep concrete steps which are a bit problematic if you are elderly etc. Need more rails. Also be aware bath water can get very hot and one duvet appears to be down (feather). Just advisories - the duplex is a great place to stay.

This was a superb flat in an ideal situation. Positive: The apartment was excellent and bright and airy. Very clean. Spacious. Negative: The double bed in the main bedroom was rather uncomfortable. It could do with a new mattress. It would be good to have 2 single beds in the small bedroom or bunk beds rather than a double bed. Also, a dishwasher would make the kitchen complete.
