Modern large 3-bed coastal flat with parking.

Great location. A good size house with good facilities. Host Positive: Rooms were a good size. Kitchen was great for entertaining and family eating. The bathroom with the walk in shower was a definite win. Plenty of product's for cleaning, especially appreciated the washing tabs. Rachel was a lovely host, very accommodating and happy to help where she could. Negative: The steps to the house are very steep, struggled to get up and down with the suitcases. Would have been good to have instructions about the induction hob. The hoover bag certainly needs changing, it was very smelly!

Absolutely fabulous Positive: Beautiful property! Great location. Spacious rooms. Absolutely loved that there was a corner with younger kids toys and another corner with older kids games. We had a range of ages with us and we could not have stayed in a better property. Negative: No complaints.

Enjoyed our time in Frinton but had difficulty coping with the stairs inside and out. Positive: The location of the property was excellent and I would have enjoyed my stay if it had been a flat as advertised however it is a maisonette with internal stairs as well as up to it as expected.The rooms are large and spacious with high quality bathroom,downstsirs toilet, kitchen and doors .Nice touches ,nightlights ,milk left in fridge tea and coffer available but I had taken my own. Good accomodation and I considered it good value for money. Negative: Whilst I was expecting stairs to get up to the property they were very narrow and steep and were a real struggle for me and for my son 35.There is a sign which says use handrail but there isn't one from the turn to the front door and there needs to be. The fact that there were internal stairs which I was not been expecting as I thought I had booked a flat but it is a maisonette which caused me problems. Whilst the front foor is easy to lock for us it was difficult to unlock and became worried we would not get in. The TV is unreliable it appears to have issues with the Internet.
